The hotel was modern and perfect, as you can expect from Arequipa. The bed was extremely comfy and the room overall was extremely spacious and bright. The bathroom we had included a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets and a bath. The service was perfect with a fast check-in. Location: the property was next to the downtown area, a historic bridge with good views of the various volcanoes, and the center.

Had a very positive stay for 10 nights, and would stay there again. Enjoyed the superior twin room I was given, it had a private safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar...

The location is fantastic, nestled in a nice residential area that felt safe and cute. Plus, it's close to a historic bridge that offers fine views of the nearby volcanoes. The room I had was spacious, and the shower was fantastic. The staff were quite helpful.
I found the breakfast options to be quite basic and limited.

hot shower, clean rooms, spacious accommodations
The location is too far from major attractions!!! A taxi ride is necessary for quick access. A bit more attention to modernization wouldn't hurt either!!!

good stay but could improve dining options
The service was excellent, particularly the help with early check-in and arranging taxis. The breakfast exceeded typical offerings, with a variety of delicious choices like crepes and omelets that I appreciated. My room was very spacious, with excellent water pressure in the shower.
The location required a taxi to reach downtown attractions, which could be inconvenient.

The service exemplified friendliness and efficiency. Check-in was early, and managing luggage was seamless. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was notable, especially in the spacious room with great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast selection surpassed standard options, with fresh fruits, and the location provided a peaceful retreat, although a short taxi ride was necessary for downtown. The limited options for late-night dining and some outdated decor were noticeable shortcomings.
